Katz Development

We are a family-owned real estate development group specializing in the development of high-design, urban projects with a focus on decarbonization. We achieve this through the use of sustainable building materials like mass timber and the implementation of energy-efficient operating systems. By targeting the growing demand for environmentally-conscious real estate developments in thriving markets, we believe our projects will be financially successful while also making a positive impact on the built environment.

Working Towards Sustainability

The building industry is responsible for 40% of global carbon emissions. It is our responsibility as developers to work towards reducing that impact. By building with renewable resources and more efficient operating systems, we significantly reduce our carbon footprint. Pairing that focus with deep community connection and outstanding design, we can create exceptional places that deliver exceptional returns. We believe better places will always achieve better results.
